By using ClinFlow, you acknowledge these Terms of Use and the ClinFlow Disclaimer.

If you do not agree with these Terms, you should discontinue use of the application.

Purpose of ClinFlow

ClinFlow is a document creation tool designed to assist clinicians in preparing professional correspondence.

ClinFlow is not a practice management system, electronic health record, clinical record storage platform, or clinical decision-making tool.

User Responsibilities

Users are solely responsible for all content created, edited, exported, or distributed using ClinFlow.

By using ClinFlow, you acknowledge that you are responsible for:

  • The accuracy of all correspondence
  • Clinical decisions and recommendations
  • Professional judgement
  • Medicare compliance
  • Privacy compliance
  • Record-keeping obligations
  • Compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and professional standards

ClinFlow does not review, verify, or approve the content of correspondence created using the application.

No Clinical, Legal, or Professional Advice

ClinFlow does not provide clinical advice, diagnostic advice, treatment recommendations, legal advice, billing advice, or professional advice.

Any templates, examples, or formatting options provided within ClinFlow are intended as drafting aids only.

Templates and Content

Templates are provided to assist clinicians in preparing correspondence.

Users should review all correspondence before it is shared, submitted, or relied upon for any purpose.

The inclusion of a template within ClinFlow does not constitute legal, clinical, billing, Medicare, or professional advice.

External Beta Use

ClinFlow is currently in external beta. Beta software may contain bugs, incomplete features, or unexpected behaviour.

Beta users participate at their own discretion and remain responsible for reviewing every letter before clinical use, sharing, submission, or reliance.

ClinFlow may collect beta application and waitlist metadata, including name, email, profession, consent timestamps, and consent version. Clinical, client, recipient, and letter content remains local/session-only and is not stored in Supabase.

Privacy

The collection, use, and handling of information by ClinFlow is described in the ClinFlow Privacy Policy.

Users are encouraged to review the Privacy Policy before using the application.

Availability of Service

ClinFlow may be modified, updated, suspended, or discontinued at any time without notice.

While reasonable efforts may be made to maintain availability, ClinFlow does not guarantee uninterrupted access to the application.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ClinFlow and its developers are not liable for any loss, damage, cost, claim, or liability arising from or related to:

  • Use of the application
  • Inability to access the application
  • Errors or omissions in correspondence
  • Reliance on templates or content generated using the application
  • Loss of data
  • Exported documents
  • User decisions or professional actions

Users remain responsible for reviewing all correspondence and ensuring its suitability before use.

Nothing in these Terms excludes any rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

Changes to These Terms

These Terms of Use may be updated from time to time.

The latest version will always be available within the application.

Governing Law

These Terms of Use are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia.

Any disputes arising from the use of ClinFlow will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Victoria, Australia.
