Who is ClinFlow for?
ClinFlow is designed to assist clinicians in preparing professional correspondence. Clinicians remain responsible for the content, clinical judgement and review of every letter.
Does ClinFlow replace clinical judgement?
No. ClinFlow is an administrative document-generation tool. It is not a clinical decision-making tool, practice management system, electronic health record or clinical record storage platform.
Does ClinFlow use AI?
ClinFlow includes ClinMate, an optional AI-assisted workflow for dictation and letter refinement. Clinicians choose when to use ClinMate and remain in control of the final wording.
Does ClinFlow store completed clinical letters?
ClinFlow does not intentionally retain prompts, AI outputs, transcripts or completed clinical letters. Current draft recovery is tab-session only.
How does Early Access work?
ClinFlow is currently in external beta. Access is managed through the existing account and waitlist flow, and beta users remain responsible for checking all generated letters before clinical use.
Where should I send support requests?
Use the Feedback button within ClinFlow for bugs, unexpected behaviour or improvement ideas. Please do not include client-identifying information or confidential material in feedback submissions.
